Beauty Care Manager

Responsibilities:

  • To formulate the short term and long term plan of the department and ensure it is in line with the company business objectives.
  • To conduct market research, present product ideas to top management.
  • To identify and introducing new beauty products to the company.
  • To work closely with Purchasing department on sourcing of beauty products, maintain good vendor relationships.
  • To work closely with relevant department ie. Marketing & CSMD team to review and use existing customer insights for continuous improvement.
  • To conceptualize, plan, develop and effectively implement promotional campaigns, marketing activities and branding programs to enhance beauty sales performance.
  • Plan, design and conduct Product Knowledge, Product Training and Beauty Educational Program for internal and external customer.
  • To source for beauty facilities such as beauty equipment and beauty care center.
  • Compliance to ISO standard and its QMS, Develop and design department QP, set KPI which is in line with company objective.
  • Any other tasks assigned by Immediate Superior from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary education in beauty qualification or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years related working experience and knowledge in beauty product development and process.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
