Customer Service Assistant cum Receptionist

(To be based in Taman Desa Cemerlang)

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for order processing, receive payments and generate cash bills.
  • Handle and attend enquiries, feedback and complaints by distributor / customer.
  • Ensure accurate and updated information on MLM system.
  • Assist in marketing activities / events such as health talk when is necessary.
  • Prepare daily and monthly sales collection report.
  • Assist in answering incoming calls.
  • Assist in incoming/outgoing courier documents.
  • Assist in sorting and distribution of incoming mails to responsible recipient.
  • Perform ad-hoc and general admin duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Minimum SPM or at least 1 year working experience.
  • Computer literate.
  • Able to work on shift.
