Health Care Manager

Responsibilities:

  • To formulate the short term and long term plan of the department and ensure it is in line with the company business objectives.
  • To conduct market research, present product ideas to top management.
  • To identify and introducing new health products to the company.
  • To work closely with Purchasing department on sourcing of health products, maintain good vendor relationships.
  • To work closely with relevant department ie. Marketing & CSMD team to review and use existing customer insights for continuous improvement.
  • To conceptualize, plan, develop and effectively implement promotional campaigns, marketing activities and branding programs to enhance health sales performance.
  • Conduct market research and improve formulations of existing products in order to increase productivity and improve product quality.
  • Able to conduct health talk, product talk to internal and external customer.
  • Compliance to ISO standard and its QMS, Develop and design department QP, set KPI which is in line with company objective.
  • Any other tasks assigned by Immediate Superior from time to time.
Requirements:
  • At least Degree in Food Science & Nutrition / Food Technology or related field.
  • At least 5 years working experience in Research & Development and Product Management.
  • Able to provide customer knowledge of health & nutrition related health care.
  • Familiar with processes and procedures such as product certification application & registration.
  • Strong leadership with good communication skills.
  • Willing to travel if required.
