Marketing Admin Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Assist to prepare the meeting reports and meeting minutes.
  • Dealing with daily administrative matter such as filing of documents, answering incoming calls, transportation/outstation arrangement for head of marketing division.
  • Assist division head to follow up on daily matters.
  • Any other tasks assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Diploma / Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Studies or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in relevant field.
  • Good communication and administration skills.
  • Good business writing skill.
  • Able to work independently
