Marketing Admin Executive
Responsibilities:
- Assist to prepare the meeting reports and meeting minutes.
- Dealing with daily administrative matter such as filing of documents, answering incoming calls, transportation/outstation arrangement for head of marketing division.
- Assist division head to follow up on daily matters.
- Any other tasks assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Studies or related field.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in relevant field.
- Good communication and administration skills.
- Good business writing skill.
- Able to work independently
