| What is leadership? How important is leadership? What are leadership styles? What are the abilities of a good leader? What are the attitudes a leader should possess? These are issues discussed at this year’s Crown President Workshop. One by one, PHHP CEO Mr. Winston Chen, the instructor of the 2-day workshop, analysed these leadership topics for participants to gain a better understanding of how to become a successful leader. In addition to benefiting from the lectures, participants were inspired during the participant sharing session. As the saying goes, a leader of an organisation is like a conductor of a symphony orchestra - the orchestra works together under his baton to produce beautiful music. Meanwhile, the soon-to-be launched Nutri-5 and Victoria De Rosé were exhibited at the venue and received positive responses from distributors. |
