Purchasing Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • To assist in purchasing activities and operational related matters.
  • To monitor and follow up on the delivery of orders.
  • Responsible in department¡¯s administrative works.
  • Assist in filing of purchasing related documents and prepare the monthly reports.
  • Any other tasks assigned by Immediate Superior.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Management or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in relevant field.
  • Strong in negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High integrity and good moral.
  • Computer literate
