Purchasing Assistant
Responsibilities:
- To assist in purchasing activities and operational related matters.
- To monitor and follow up on the delivery of orders.
- Responsible in department¡¯s administrative works.
- Assist in filing of purchasing related documents and prepare the monthly reports.
- Any other tasks assigned by Immediate Superior.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Management or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in relevant field.
- Strong in negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- High integrity and good moral.
- Computer literate
