Secretary cum Administrator
Responsibilities:
- To provide efficient day to day secretarial support and office administration to the CEO and its office.
- Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointment including travel itinerary, accommodation reservations, dining reservation, appointments and meetings.
- Dealing with correspondence and taking dictation and minutes.
- Ensure an appropriate filling system by documenting systematically all relevant documents for easy retrieval and secure manner.
- Manages and maintain confidential files and records in CEO office.
- Assists CEO in follow up on daily matters.
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, venues, preparation of agendas.
- To assist on CEO office overall administrations, as and when is required.
- Any other projects and tasks assigned by Immediate Superior.
Requirements:
- Diploma & above in Private Secretarial.
- 2 years of working experience in relevant field.
- Knowledge or experience in Company Secretarial is an added advantage.
- Strong command of language (English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia).
- Good business writing skills.
- Able to work independently.
