Secretary cum Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • To provide efficient day to day secretarial support and office administration to the CEO and its office.
  • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointment including travel itinerary, accommodation reservations, dining reservation, appointments and meetings.
  • Dealing with correspondence and taking dictation and minutes.
  • Ensure an appropriate filling system by documenting systematically all relevant documents for easy retrieval and secure manner.
  • Manages and maintain confidential files and records in CEO office.
  • Assists CEO in follow up on daily matters.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, venues, preparation of agendas.
  • To assist on CEO office overall administrations, as and when is required.
  • Any other projects and tasks assigned by Immediate Superior.
Requirements:
  • Diploma & above in Private Secretarial.
  • 2 years of working experience in relevant field.
  • Knowledge or experience in Company Secretarial is an added advantage.
  • Strong command of language (English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia).
  • Good business writing skills.
  • Able to work independently.
