Customer Service Assistant
(To be based in Desa Cemerlang, Puchong & Ipoh)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for order processing, receive payments and generate cash bills.
- Handle and attend enquiries, feedback and complaints by distributor / customer.
- Ensure accurate and updated information on MLM system.
- Assist in marketing activities / events such as health talk when is necessary.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales collection report.
- Perform ad-hoc and general admin duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM at least 1 year working experience in Customer Service.
- Computer literate.
