Customer Service Assistant

(To be based in Desa Cemerlang, Puchong & Ipoh)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for order processing, receive payments and generate cash bills.
  • Handle and attend enquiries, feedback and complaints by distributor / customer.
  • Ensure accurate and updated information on MLM system.
  • Assist in marketing activities / events such as health talk when is necessary.
  • Prepare daily and monthly sales collection report.
  • Perform ad-hoc and general admin duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM at least 1 year working experience in Customer Service.
  • Computer literate.
