Senior HR & Admin Executive
Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient and effective operations of HR & Admin departmental functions and activities.
- Ensure organization¡¯s manpower requirements are fulfilled at all time through timely and effective requirement, selection and retention strategies.
- Ensure training & development programs achieved organization¡¯s objectives of enhancing employee's performance and meet the current and future human resource needs.
- Conduct the orientation program for newly join staffs and organize the staff activities.
- Ensure all matters pertaining to Industrial relations, disciplinary procedures and grievances handling are properly resolved in timely manner.
- Ensure proper adherence to all HR policies and procedures by all employee and in compliance with relevant governmental rules and regulations.
- Ensure HR & Admin functions comply with all standard or certifications adopted in the organization from time to time (such as GMP, HALAL & ISO 22000).
- Ensure effective & timely human resource documentation in the organization.
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor¡¯s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/ Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in related field.
- Familiar with Employment Act and Industrial Relations procedure is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- Good command of English, Mandarin & Malay.
- Able to work independently and multi-tasking.
